Canada Immigration Partners; How are we different?

The CIP Eligibility Assessment evaluates your information for all available provincial and federal programs – over 50 in total. You can be confident that no stone is left unturned.

Booking an Immigration Consultation

Consultations can be scheduled via email or phone. We always do our best to set up a consultation time that works for you, taking into account your timezone and work schedule.

Our flexible approach to consultations means you have access to critical guidance and information that is timely and convenient for you.

At the CIP Consultation

After you have received our Eligibility Assessment, you will be invited to schedule a face-to-face or Skype consultation with one of our experienced, licensed Canadian Immigration Consultants.

For a nominal fee starting from $99, we will consult with you and your family members. We charge for our consultations based on the preparation involved and the high value of the service we provide.

CIP white paper resources

We tailor immigration solutions to your needs, putting you in contact with our Recruitment Consultant if necessary, or providing you with a selection of White Paper resources:

  • The Great Canadian Job Hunt
  • Canadian Permanent Residency: The student route

Consultation: Access the New Immigrant Network

At the consultation stage we provide access to our New Immigrant Network, a collection of individuals who can ease your transition to Canada. If you have settlement questions and we can’t provide the answer, we’ll refer you to someone who can.

As an immigrant, you need help making contacts in your industry and trusted professionals to help you settle in Canada. With our unique New Immigrant Network, you can access our contacts and benefit from our network of screened experts who possess the knowledge to help you establish yourself in Canada. We can even recommend a good dentist!

For prospective immigrants interested in buying a business in Canada, we have a network of business brokers and Canadian Business Consultants to help you with a business plan that meets federal and provincial business immigration requirements.

Representation

When you decide you want us to represent you in your application, the next step is to review and sign our retainer. This can be done in person or via secure email.

You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions. The documents we provide set out exactly the scope and costs of our services and CIC processing fees.

We promise to:

  • assist and guide in document gathering in relation to the scope of the agreement
  • help you prepare for an immigration interview, if required by CIC
  • keep you informed during the entire process and answer your questions
  • make every reasonable effort at the case processing office in Canada, and abroad, to ensure your visa is granted

We also provide information on how our regulatory council (ICCRC) can be contacted.

Fees and Installments

Our fees are rarely charged to you in a one-time payment.  For your convenience, we offer a flat fee and installment payments so you don’t have to worry about hidden costs. If you are outside Canada, we won’t charge you Canadian Sales Tax on your invoice.

Disbursements

Many lawyers will charge you a disbursement fee to cover the cost of registered mail and couriering of documents, printing, and stationery.  These costs can add up.  We believe in an all-inclusive service and don’t generally charge a disbursement fee.

However, if the costs of couriering documents to the visa office are exceptionally high we reserve the right to charge for the cost of these services.

When do I start to see results? – Canada Immigration Approach

We begin work on your file as soon as we have received your signed retainer and first payment. We request supporting documentation ahead of time so that we are getting documents with the longest processing time, first. Our progress is dependant on how quickly you can provide information we need.

There are some things that cannot be completed by us. For example, we cannot apply for criminal record checks but we do provide guidance on how to apply.

CIP Employer Liaison

We will liaise with your employer to explain category requirements and assist in providing supporting documentation that meet Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) requirements.

Yours to Review

We will provide to you by secure means the provincial and federal forms for you to review before submission. This gives you an opportunity to see the completed application.

When the document is completed and signed, we send you an electronic copy of your entire application for your records. We are required by law to keep a copy of your application of seven years.

Citizenship and Immigration Canada Determination

We coordinate the submission of the documentation necessary to receive your confirmation of permanent residency. We proof read the confirmation to make sure your details are correct and act as your guide to successfully landing in Canada as a permanent resident.

Even after you have landed, you will have access to our New Immigrant Network.

From consultation to your Permanent Residency Card and beyond, we are with you every step of the way.  We hope you invite us to your residency party!
