Yes. RCIC’s need to have an undergraduate degree and to have completed an RCIC course from a recognised institution. After completing this course Miho and myself successfully passed the exam.
After successfully completing our own Family Class immigration to Canada we immediately launched our business, on the 8th of August 2008 (080808, an auspicious number for the Japanese!
Moreover, Miho and myself have been incredibly lucky to have the mentors that we did. One of whom was a visa processing officer in the Canadian Embassy in Tokyo, Japan, who has 40 years’ experience. Additionally, we have been supported by a Service Canada program manager who has extensive experience in temporary foreign worker program.
